Amit Warwatkar is currenlty based in London UK . He is cofounder, CEO & Managing director of Pracyva Group – A Global IT consulting & Services company. . Amit has done his bachelors in Computer Engineering and is Alumnus of Oxford Saiid Business School, UK , Indian Institute of Management ,Ahmedabad (IIMA) & INSEAD. He has 18+ years of diverse IT Experience across broad spectrum of technologies , business areas and roles . He has worked with Top IT Companies such as Wipro , Accenture and Financial Giants Like Principal Financial Group. During Amit’s stint as Sr. Engagement Manager & Head of Programs in UK for Largest Banking account ,he has established & grown the team to 1000+ size over 3 years time including completing account level team transition from Wipro’s competition & Managing P&L responsibility across the portfolio. He has also worked as Transformation director and Presales team Manager for banking testing across EMEA , US and North America region for Wipro . As such he has has deep understanding of recruitment dynamics across Wipro & Other clients as first-hand user.
